FAQ

Please be aware that once a package has left my hands, I have no control over what happens to it. I do not claim responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your item arrives in defective/damaged condition, please email me with photos of the damage for a replacement.

When will my order arrive?

New orders are typically processed within one week. Delivery from the shipment date is typically 3-5 business days for US orders, and 7-21 days for international orders, but please be aware of any local delays!

I filled out my address incorrectly, what do I do now?
Please contact me ASAP via email with your order number and your updated address. If your package is returned to me, you will be responsible for covering additional shipping costs to have it re-sent. If your package is not returned to me, I do not offer refunds after an order has shipped unless there is proof of significant damage to the items.

Why can't you ship to my country?
I am currently unable to ship to the UK/EU from this storefront due to customs restrictions. Shipping options may be updated in the future.

How do pre-orders work?
If an item is on pre-order status, it has not been made yet and will enter production after the pre-order period has ended. Please read individual product listings to see when a pre-order item is estimated to ship. If production delays arise, updates will be announced through my Instagram and and Tumblr blog.

My charm has scratches on it, is it damaged?
All acrylic charms come with a protective plastic backing to keep them safe during shipping. Gently use a fingernail to peel the film away from the edge, and the charm should be smooth underneath! (Epoxy-coated charms are more durable and do not have a protective film.)
